Hey, I'm Kevin Lopez


Hi, I’m Kevin, a Loan Officer focused on building a strong foundation in real estate while helping clients and investors find the best solutions for their needs. I’m early in my journey in lending and investment, but I’m actively learning every day and gaining hands-on experience through real estate wholesaling, relationship building, and deal structure understanding.

What drives me most is connecting with people, understanding their goals, and helping them move forward with confidence. I bring determination, consistency, and a strong willingness to learn, always focused on finding the best possible solution and growing through every challenge.

My long-term goal is to build financial stability and independence for myself and my family while developing into a trusted resource in the real estate and lending space. I’m also passionate about giving back to the community, especially through mentoring and literacy programs like Lead to Read in Kansas City.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running, traveling to mountain destinations, and I have a personal history of playing the violin for seven years. My guiding mindset is simple: slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

A percentage every loan goes to The Out Reach Program as they assist schools and communities with clean water filtration systems to provide potable water to students, staff, and community members.

Each Water Point System provides up to three gallons of water per minute. One system can support as many as 1,200 people per day. To date, we have installed 75 systems, bringing life-sustaining water to more than 45,000 people. This access has improved the overall health of entire communities.
